Zero Calorie Vanilla Bean Glaze

This Multi-Purpose Glaze is ZERO Calories Per Serving, Perfectly Sweet and the Vanilla Bean Specks Dotted Throughout Make it Beautiful Too!

This is the glaze recipe I use most often. It's my go-to when I want to add a little extra sweetness to a recipe. It is the perfect texture to drizzle, dip, or enrobe. I regularly use it on doughnuts, muffins, cupcakes, cakes, coffee cakes, you get the idea...it goes perfectly on any sweet treat! It takes mere seconds to whip up, and it is very pretty due to the dark vanilla bean specks dispersed throughout the white glaze. This is one reason why I like to use vanilla bean paste instead of vanilla extract in most of my recipes. The amazing thing about this glaze is that it adds absolutely no calories to your desserts! It is carb-free, sugar-free, dairy-free, keto, paleo, vegetarian, and vegan. So glaze away, my friends!

Zero Calorie Vanilla Bean Glaze

1/2 C plus 3 Tbsp unsweetened almond milk

1 tsp vanilla bean paste (my favorite is Nielsen-Massey pure vanilla bean paste)

pinch of salt

In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the Swerve confectioners and a pinch of salt. Add the 1/2 cup plus 3 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk and whisk until completely smooth. Add the vanilla bean paste and whisk to incorporate. That's it! Easy Peasy! If you don't use all of the glaze, you can store the remainder in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

Ready to glaze anything!
